One morning, it happened again, but something was different this time. In the corner of my room was a bright, round  light, so bright that I thought it needs to be the sun's rays. Somehow, I was able to turn my head and look out the window and was surprised to get it turned out still the wee hours of predawn. Yet, throughout my room was the brightest light I had experienced. I laid there and closed my eyes to prevent the light from blinding me. I was not able to move, until suddenly, by once more wiggling a toe, I regained charge of my figure and was capable to stand up. The light was mysteriously gone.

When it comes to a woman's relationship with her spouse, one out of three women reported to the National Sleep Foundation that their sleep issues have had a negative effect.  Staying up late, sleeping early and getting out of bed in the middle of the night struggling to come back to sleep are the most popular problems.

Your daily activities affect how early or how late you sleep. Drinking coffee, smoking, eating, exercising, and stressing yourself out by thinking excessive can affect your sleep patterns. Though it is smart to manage your fall asleep and waking hours, how can you start doing that? How can you fall asleep earlier on the very first night you are attempting?
